Dennis Moore has over 35 years of experience as an exploration geologist. Originally working for major companies in Australia and the South West Pacific, he later became involved with several of Ross Beaty’s companies in Bolivia, Peru and Brazil. Mr. Moore discovered and drilled the 1.8M ounce Tocantinzinho deposit being developed by Eldorado Gold Corp and has been directly involved in at least four other gold discoveries in South America, including Amayapampa in Bolivia, and Cuiú Cuiú, Coringa and Cajuiero in Brazil.

Mr. Sutherland brings over 20 years experience in capital markets, having excelled as an Equity Research Analyst and in Institutional Sales at prominent firms including Merrill Lynch in Toronto and New York City, BMO Capital Markets, and CIBC World Markets.
A Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, Mr. Sutherland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Queen’s University (1994) and completed a Commerce program with an accounting specialization at McGill University (1995).
Kristina Mishina CA CPA

Kristina Mishina is a Senior Consultant with Malaspina Consultants Inc., where she has worked since May 2023. Kristina has over a decade of experience in accounting and audit, including in management roles. Kristina obtained her CPA, CA designation in 2013. She graduated with a Degree in Economics (B.Econ) from Voronezh State University and a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in accounting from Thompson Rivers University.
Hovhannes Karapetyan B.Sc. M.Eng.

Mr. Karapetyan is a geologist with more than 17 years of experience in mineral exploration and extensive experience working in emerging markets throughout Eurasia and West Africa, including in Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, the Ivory Coast and Ghana. He holds Bachelor of Geology and Masters of Geophysics degrees from Yerevan State University.
Mr. Karapetyan’s technical experience includes working on the Amulsar Deposit for Lydian Armenia, Georgian Resources Company and Mountain Jaguar Team LLC. Mr. Karapetyan is also the Managing Director of Hayasa’s 100% owned subsidiary in Armenia.
