First Mover status in the new era of Armenian exploration.  Armenia is in the center of the prolific Tethyan belt and hosts eight operating mines (the largest is Zangezur), yet Armenia is vastly under-explored.  A MOU signed by the USA and Armenia regarding critical minerals was signed May 26, 2026, with an agreement to be formalized in Q4 2026.

Two new copper-gold projects with world class potential

Vardenis is the flagship property, with over 5,000m of drilling done by Hayasa, we are looking for a partner. 

Urasar is 100% Hayasa Metals Inc. owned; our exploration license over the Urasar mineral district which hosts three mineralized bodies identified during Soviet times.  FNV and EMX jointly hold a 1.25% NSR on Urasar.

Three new project applications are underway to add to the portfolio

     1) Nickel Antimony in the north

     2) Gold in the south

     3) Copper Moly in the south

Strong management team and Board

Track record of creating shareholder value through discovery and M&A.  Hayasa's team is responsible for the discovery of four significant gold deposits, two of which were the targets of corporate take-overs.
